Scratch's Stonehenge Picture

Post by Chris S-S »

Having finally got a Scanner worthy of the name I am able to post a rather grubby copy of Scratch's drawing of Stonehenge that has followed me around for some years.

It reminds me of Asterix cartoons.
I cleaned it up a bit, I hope I haven't lost any lines.

I drove pass stonehenje on my way back from wales and was amazed how small it looks (and horrified by the barb wire and toutisty thing!). I reembered it much bigger, probably the vibes!
If i can't dance to it, it's not my revolution

I know what you mean! - It seams to get smaller each time I pass. It used to stand out on it's own, now it's surrounded by fences. Also it's more of a tourist attraction than it was and there's always crowds of people around it. I think, also, it's dwarfed by the fact that everything else is bigger than it was in the 70s, - cars, trucks, roads, buildings,............ But yes! it definitely looks smaller but I think Scratch's drawing has captured it as I remember it from back then. (and the vibes, of course.)
